Frank G. Higgins, Camp 9, United Spanish-American War Veterans, the old-timer of veterans organizations in Missoula, now has only about 15 active members.
Officers elected for 1960 were Logan Goforth, commander; George Dillon, senior vice commander; A. L. Morse, junior vice commander; Edward C. Mulroney, judge advocate; George Wells, quartermaster, and George Wemple of Florence, officer of the day.
