New newspaper – 1904 – mayor Smith’s “personal organ”
New Daily For Montana
A new daily paper has been started in Missoula, Montana, under the name of the Times, making the third daily in that city, which has a population of less than 6,000. It is considered the personal organ of Mayor Smith. Albert Frank and W. E. Weeks are the publishers and A. Buchanan is editor.
