The hop joint of China Sam, a well known celestial, was raided last evening by Officer Larson and resulted in the capture of two white men, Harry Wilson and Albert Smith, besides the proprietor, all three of whom are now in jail. Their hearing is set for 5:30 this evening before Justice Hayes. The outfit captured with the joint is now on exhibition at the justice’s office.
