Frank Woody’s House – 1907

CUTTING DOWN OLD LANDMARKS

Messrs. Keith and Ross started a crew of men to work today cutting down and removing the large trees from the old Judge Woody place, preparatory to the erection of a fine new three-story brick business block. Efforts are being made to secure a suitable site upon which to place the large dwelling now on this location, and failing in this, the house will be removed to another lot so as not to interfere with the erection of the block. Excavation work will be started at once, likely by day work.
