Order confirming sale of real estate –

Edward Miller, executor of the will of Thomas Foley, deceased, 320 acres and a water right in the Cave-Gannon irrigating ditch, land located in section thirty-five township thirteen north range twenty est, to W. V. Lawler; consideration $8,750.

Thomas Foley was one of Missoula’s earliest Pioneers, settling in Missoula in the 1860’s. His property bordered the Bitter Root River.
