Bandmann’s Great Cow

A Great Cow

The Holstein cow Cornelia on Daniel E. Bandmann’s ranch was milked yesterday from 5 a. m. to 5 p. m., three milkings and gave 7 ½ gallons of milk. She had been fed on last year’s upland hay from Minnesota. Mr. Bandmann thinks that if she had ensilage, clover or alfalfa hay with her usual feed of oil mean with corn meal and bran mixed she would easily give ten gallons of milk a day. She is certainly a fine animal and a credit to Missoula county.
